Objective: This research has been conducted by designing and validating the model of creating an entrepreneurial society in the basic education system with a sociological approach.Methods: It is a mixed sequential exploratory research; socio-statistics of this research in the qualitative part consists of educational and research experts and managers specializing in the basic education system and entrepreneurship and in the quantitative part it consists of managers, teachers, professors and consultants in Educational Year of 2020-2021. The samples in the qualitative section included 12 people using a targeted method until reaching theoretical saturation, and in the quantitative section 385 people were selected using a multi-stage cluster random method. The data was analyzed by semi-structured interview and conventional content analysis method with coding, and based on that, a model with 3 dimensions, 9 components and 100 items were designed. To validate the model, first a questionnaire was designed, and after determining face and content validity, 20 questions were removed and 80 questions remained.Resuls and Conclusion: The results showed that the factor loading of all questions is above 0.4, the convergent validity is above 0.5, the reliability of both criteria (Cronbach's alpha, composite reliability) of all dimensions is above 0.8, and the validity of the variable is confirmed, and finally, the quality index fit of the model is greater than 0.36. The designed model has strong validity, reliability and fit, and policy makers and planners can use it to evaluate and review the current situation of the basic education system in order to create an entrepreneurial society.

The present study was conducted with the aim of clarifying the existing and desirable situation of similar functions of institutional research in Babol Noshirvani University of Technology. The Survey population consisted of 70 experts of Babol Noshirvani University of Technology, 60 of whom were selected by stratified random sampling.The instrument used in this study was the standard questionnaire for the evaluation of institutional research functions that contained 37 pairs of corresponding questions, which were designed based on the five-point Likert scale. To analyze the data using Wilcoxon's tests, Spearman correlation using SPSS21 software was used. The findings showed that there is a gap in all aspects of institutional research.In the dimensions, from the highest to the lowest gap in this analysis are for policies, information authority, accountability, evaluation, research and decision making, communication and intermediate, the greatest gap is related to the assessment of the degree and success rate of graduates in engagement and entrepreneurship. From the evaluation point and the lowest gap is related to the relationship between universities and international institutions from communication point. There is a positive correlation between the between all of gaps. The status quo for institutional research is not meeting expectations from experts in Babol Noushirvani University of Technology. Given the effects and interactions of the gaps on each other, the adoption of a multifaceted decision-making approach to manage and reduce existing distances is inevitable.In this regard, the establishment of an institutional research office can be a good way to this achieve goals.

The purpose of this research is to explain the role of organizational transparency in relation to empowerment in order to establish organizational trust among managers of Mazandaran Islamic Azad University. A cross-sectional approach was used. The statistical population of the qualitative section includes 12 executives of the university with a targeted and quantitative sampling of 750 people in the statistical population, 254 sample volunteers using Cochran formula, and cluster random sampling. Data collection tools in the qualitative part of the semi-structured interviews, in the small section, three questionnaires are made by organizational transparency, empowerment and organizational trust. For data analysis, coding was used in the qualitative section, and in the small part, exploratory-confirmatory factor analysis was used. Verility reliability was calculated by computing the Cronbach's alpha coefficient, content and content, respectively, through confirmatory factor analysis. To fit the model and hypothesis test, SPSS and Smart Pls were used. The results of the analysis of qualitative data derived from deep interviews showed that transparency an organization of 15 sub-modules and 4 financial, managerial, technology and structural dimensions that have had the most impact on organizational transparency, respectively. The organizational transparency and its dimensions are also enhanced by empowering managers with a standardized standard of 991.0 and organizational trust with a standardized standard of 0.332 There is a direct and meaningful relationship GOF (0.632) showed that the proposed model has suitable fit.
